Projects:
This
picture is showing the protective sleeves that we use over the tubing
where it enters and leaves the concrete. On this project the manifold
were located in the middle of the building. We placed the manifolds on
the back side of the 2" x 12" as that side was a low traffic area. Note
that all the lines are bundled and securely tied, and attached to the
manifold. This keeps the lines from being moved out of position during
the pouring of the concrete.
We also pressure test the lines with 100 lbs. of air pressure prior to pouring the concrete, to make sure there was no damage to the tubing during shipping, or in the process of installing the tubing.
